Identify what this is called, where it was built and what its constituents are - for 1 point?

Google Image Search continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Image Search as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

We ask all members to remember and respect this, and retain the right to ask puzzle-solvers how they came to their answer.

Have fun!

How about Binalong Special?

Yes, Binalong Special it is!
There are still 2 parts of the question to be answered to earn a point, so it's locked until your next reply to fill in the details.
How did you identify it?  Where are you located?

Honestly its mostly a lucky coincidence I could identify this. I recently came across an archive of special and one-off Jaguars, and this was among them. If I remember correctly this was made in the early 90s in Australia, from Jaguar and Jensen parts. At least I believe its powered by the early Jaguar 5.3 liter V12. (Cannot find the source right now.) :-\

Yes, I'll give you a point for that, as it is indeed built on a Jensen CV8 chassis and is powered by the 5.3 litre Jaguar V12 as you say.  It also has Jaguar Mk2 front suspension and E-type rear.
It sits in a motor museum in the town of Binalong (so it's nothing to do with how long the day has been...!) in Australia and I believe they may have actually built the thing in 1990/3.
