But I want to see the builder´s name here, too!

If this is unlocked, the builder was named E. Kutscher.  (Maybe "Eugen"?)

The car contained a 4-cylinder Volkswagen engine in back, with two of the cylinders disabled.  It was considered a 565cc 2-cylinder engine.

(I would provide more information, but the web site where I found the information, has disappeared today)

My source came back to life.  All the information the internet can provide about the VW-Gutbrod-Goliath:

This interesting three-wheeled car was
built by German born Eugen Kutscher.
Most of the body panels were taken from
a ‘Gutbrod’ saloon, while
the front axle, steering
components and windows
were taken from a ‘Goliath’.
The area under the front
bonnet housed a large
teardrop petrol tank and the
spare 16-inch Beetle wheel sat
on top of the inner body panel
to make room for the front
passenger’s legs. The six-volt battery sat up
front beside the spare wheel. Note that the
car also has a full length roll back sun-roof,
which incorporated the rear window

The vehicle’s engine, gearbox and rear
wheels were taken from a Split-window
Beetle. However, one very interesting
modification was made to its 25bhp engine.
Two of its cylinders (numbers 2 and 4)
were closed off, making this four-cylinder
engine run on the two remaining cylinders.
Apparently, two Solex downdraught
carburettors were also fitted – one carb per
cylinder. So, would you like to have owned
this little three-wheeled car? No? Me neither

The ‘Kutscher’ VW based micro
car. The 1131cc Beetle engine was
converted to run on just two cylinders
and it was fitted with twin carbs. No
room for luggage – it’s filled up with the
tank, battery and spare wheel
