What can you tell me about this?
When and where it was built, what powers it and what is particularly odd/unusual about it?

Google Image Search continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.

So that answers all the questions.
Steered by the front wheel at low speeds but only by the rudders once that lifts off the ground at over 40 mph.  A totally lethal contraption if ever there was one.

Just how do you find these things Oguerrerob?
This was as obscure as they come..

Week suspended. I was searching (and still) two unsolved (Black hole), so I've seen almost all Popular Mechanics/Science (page by page).  This one was published there.
