Solved - NEH 1545: Teram Porsche - 1958

I believe this car (or one like it) has appeared on AP before but not as a puzzle of its own.
So, what is it, from where and when?  for 1 point..

huh... looks like someone too a SWB 911 and grafted a 356 front end on it

Well.. it does have a relationship with Porsche, but it's not German.

I believe this is a Teram Porsche (or Porsche Teram?), based on a Justicialista Gran Sport (the Justicialista was a puzzle a few days ago...). It was made by an Argentinian Porsche-dealer between 1958 and 1963.
