What's this and who built it, for 1 point?

Google Image Search continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Image Search as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

We ask all members to remember and respect this, and retain the right to ask puzzle-solvers how they came to their answer.

Have fun!

No, not an Argyll.  That was MUCH uglier and was of course mid-engined.

I've had this picture for quite a while now in my collection and it's a Russian sportscar called the 'Scherbinin GTSCH' or 'Scherbinin Gran Turismo' (the name spelling depends, like most Russian cars, from source to source ...). It was build by 2 brothers Anatoly and Vladimir Scherbinin. That all I know ...

Does anybody have any other pictures of this car? This seems to be the only one going around ...

That's it, yes.
Suppose GT for Gran Turismo and SCH for Scherbinin..
I might have another pic.  I'll see if I can find it.

All these cars are related. Scherbinin brothers (Anatoly and Vladimir) - an aircraft pilot and a driver, and Algebraistov brothers (Yuri ans Stanislav), both painters, worked together on several similar cars. Satana and Yuna were cars of the latter, a little different from each other. Satana is believed to be an 'original' design. GTSch (actually Scherbibins didn't give any name to the car as far as I'm aware and this one has stuck to it later) was made by the former and had a different look.

Laura was a different project.

Attached are some pics of the original GTSch. The one in a first post is from 2011 Oldtimer Gallery exhibition in Moscow where they featured some great number of Soviet DIYs. I couldn't go :/

According to the info I have, the car in faksta's picture is GTSch (ГТЩ) built by Scherbinin bros. The car in Pal's and Oguerrerob's picture, I believe, is the Barrakuda (Барракуда) built Valerij Genrixovich Tobias and A. Uhanov. Where did you get the Satana name from??

Barrakuda is the name reported not in a single period source.

The puzzle picture is not known to be. It could be either a modified version of the Barrakuda or something else. Info is welcome!

This is Una by GTSCH Sherbinin brothers Russia

Definitely not Yuna! I am almost 100% sure of that. Yuna had popup headlights and twin air-intakes on the hood.

My source says is an analog of "UNA" (I guess) YUNA. Apparently not the Yuna, a modified one by the Sherbinin brothers themselves.

Yuna in its initial form, before the pop-up headlights etc. were applied (the car has been constantly modified throughout its life). Is the text more or less clear or translation is needed?

It's clear all right... just have no idea what it means!
Tranaslation would be nice, thanks.
