The easier part first.  The chassis is a Bentley Mark IV.  Now the trickier part.  Is it a J Guerney Nutting body?

Lancefield were still exhibiting at Earl's Court in 1948.....
Perhaps this is the Bentley Mk VI that was bodied by Robert (Ronald?) Kent Coachbuilders?
