Some of the bits are US Ford, yes!

You haven't ascertained which bits yet...!

Neither a Ford chassis nor a Chevy engine I'm afraid!

Okay, let's try for a Ford engine?
The windscreen?

You're both right!
The engine is a Ford flathead and the 'screen comes from a 55/56 Ford.

The only other things I know are:

What chassis it's on
Where the rear window is from
Where the side windows come from

See what else you can find!

Perhaps the chassis is Chevrolet?

You've got Ford, and Sweden. What, specifically are you holding out for?

Above is what I know

I was hoping the solver would get what I have but it seems the 'site has not be found, so I'd settle just for the chassis source.

It's American, yes - but not Lincoln.

Chrysler chassis?
:applause:  :drink:

So there you have it.
Built in Sweden I know not when but it has that Ford flathead engine, it sits on a 1939 Chrysler chassis and it has two 3-speed gearboxes, the second one turned backwards and working as an overdrive unit!
The front windscreen, as as has been ascertained, is from a 55/56 Ford and the rear window from a '56 Chevy.  The side windows are sliding windows from a VW bus!

Apparently the builder created the bodyshape in plaster of paris, then made a concrete mould which he used to lay the fiberglass!

So I've added a point to woodinsight and we'll call this solved, but if I can find out any more I'll add it later.
