Looks like a Lagonda but as you mentioned it is not what it looks, I guess a one-off body with Lagonda base ?

Silurian, Jaguar MkII 3.4 based, (though the instruments look decidedly XJ40 or later) as I understand it, with the special retro based body (alloy or plastic?) built upon that base and extra long at that to satisfy the needs of the wedding taxi firm that exploits it. I don't think many Silurians were built.

Built by MGP Restorations, Magor, Gwent (Mike Phillips & Jack Orwin).
I believe only two were built between 1992 & 1996 and the base involved Jaguar XJ components.
