It is a Chrysler Ghia Special, yes, but that's the easy bit.
Can you be a bit more specific and complete the name?  It looks a bit different from most of them..

Based on 1953 Thomas Special Chrysler Ghia (Chrysler New Yorker chassis).
This is a different body with quad-headlights... but I don't have a specific name for this version...

You've got the right car and I can't actually find that it did have any special name of its own, although this seems to have a unique frontal appearance different from all the other Chrysler Ghia Specials, so the point is yours!

Yes, but it was a time of new ideas and those lights were very unusual for the time.  They certainly would be illegally low for the UK though (which is why cars like the Morris Minor ended up with its headlights on top of the wings when they started life alongside the grille), but I don't know about the USA..
