The lamps are similar to those fitted to a Delahaye 135

That's it, well done! Based on a 1938 chassis. I quite like this one, it's fairly restrained as far as F&F designs go...

Are you sure about it being a 1938 Lancia Belna chassis? According to René Bellu, the Belna was discontinued in 1936 and succeeded by the Ardennes.
