Indeed, it's a Honda all right.
This is the Honda 145 Coupe, introduced as a last-ditch attempt to salvage the platform that began life under the 1300-series cars.
In 1972 Honda converted the air-cooled 1300 cars to at 1400+ cc water-cooled engine and changed the name to 145 to disassociate from the problematic early cars. It wasn't very effective, and the car was cancelled for the 1973 model year in favor of more Civic production.
