Looks easy? Don't be fooled - it's not quite what it seems......
Identify the builder, what it is a replica of and what engine it uses for one point.

It's a replica of a Frazer Nash but was not built by the factory....

After the Frazer Nash sports car called the "High Speed" finished 3rd overall in the 24 hours of Le Mans, Frazer-Nash produced several copies of the car, called the Frazer-Nash Le Mans Replica.  These cars were powered by 6-cylinder Bristol engines.

Werner Oswald produced several recreations of the Frazer-Nash.  They have been called "Werner Oswald Kits" or WOKs.  At one point this company registered the business name "Frazer-Nash Cars Ltd".

I have seen indications that some recreations have BMW engines, mechanically almost identical to the Bristol engine.

It's correct that you say that this a replica of the Frazer Nash Le Mans Replica and this one does have a Bristol engine.
However this is not one of the cars by Werner Oswald.

Stumped.  If I could find a single image of a Frazer Nash Replica (recreation) with that flat-style hood scoop, I'm sure I would have it.

I think Willaims and Pritchard also produced a replica Le Mans Replica.  Is that what this is?

I don't know if W & P built the body.
The builder/owner I believe built the body hoops and radiator grill and then had the body completed professionally.
It was built from full-size drawings of the High Speed model.

Sorry for editing my original post and causing confusion.  I first posted Williams and Pritchard, realised I meant Crostwaite & Gardiner and edited my post.  I wasn't certain and kept googling around a bit and stumbled over the answer.  As my computer didn't show any responses I edited my post.  I must have unknowingly been working on a cached version
