Identify this little car, who built it and when - for 1 point:

Iso Isigo City prototype, shown at the 1999 Geneva Motorshow.

It was studied by Zagato, with removal body panels (a bit like the first Smart Fortwo), on the basis of the regular Isigo, a sort of "beach microcar", sold a few years in Italy and some others countries.
