There are two names available for this car. If you identify the builder and give me one of its names, the point is yours!

It's been obscured, but it looks as if it has a maroon number plate.

Is it from Australia?

Six pipe thingies - so, is it Holden-powered?

I've somehow missed seeing this one. It's called the Drainpipe Special (there are a couple of other Drainpipe Specials in Australia, also). It was made by Earl Davey-Milne. Do you know where the photo was taken?  because the fence posts in the background look the same as the ones around the Albert Park race track.

Yes, the picture was taken at the Albert Park race track recently. And as I said I have two names for this: one is the Drainpipe Special and the other, which is featured on the car, Danae Special.

One point for you - and with that you are an Expert! No more Rookie puzzles for you! Congratulations

Well done Craig - an Expert in under a month is double-quick time!
As pnegyesi says, no more solving Rookie puzzles for you, but on the up-side you are now entitled to post your own puzzles should you so wish.

Australian, six-cylinder, not Holden powered.  What does make it move?

I think it's a Terraplane engine.
