For an easy Rookie point, what's this and from when does it date?

Google Search by Image continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.

I said it was easy, but it wasn't on the AP database and I thought it needed to be..

So - that makes you an Expert!  Congratulations!
No more solving Rookie puzzles for you then, but it does mean you are able to post your own puzzles should you wish to!
