The last French participant of the Grand Prix du Forez 1946 I could find out is Marcel Balsa (and we had a car of him here before)

So the race driver we are looking for is French, but he didn't take part in the GP Marseille 1946 nor in the GP du Forez 1946.

Are there two drivers named Eugene Martin?
One I found competed in the GP de Marseille in 1946 in a Martin Speciale but crashed and DNF.
If it's not that I hope someone else can solve it!
