It is a Lancia Lambda that has been rebodied as a saloon. It was originally a tourer.
I don't have any dates and the coachbuilder isn't Garavini.

I would not be surprised if this is so called portable hardtop saloon. The lower part is standard open Lancia tourer, the top is detachable and can be fitted for the cold season. It was quite a common practice on cars, the Lancia Lambda even more so, because there was a strong monocoque construction in the open tourer as it was. As for the top builder, Harrington?

Yes, I believe you are correct in that the base was a standard Lancia Lambda tourer that was converted to a saloon by two names, the British coachbuilder.
