What's this, who built it and when - for 1 point?

Google Image Search continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Image Search as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

Very close.
Just clarify the model a little more accurately and get the year right and you're there!

I'm not sure crook411 is a serious member here, and Google Image Searching my puzzle picture produces just what he suggested...  So perhaps the dreaded GIS has been used here, which is of course against the rules.

Maybe I'm jumping the gun, in which case crook411 is welcome to put me straight and repost his comment, but in the meantime I've removed his suggestion and this puzzle is back to square 1 again.

I guess P/F would have used the most powerful available at that time , a Rover 90 ?
