How much are you looking for for #18? The name of the guy who built it? I can remember what it is based around and that's about it (I can also remember what year it appeared in a popular magazine's 'mystery car' competition..)

I have run down about six different sources, all of whom call this car the 1951 barquette PANHARD X86 Dyna 610 cc as raced at Le Mans that year and nothing else.
Am I missing something in the name?

No I'm not looking for the name of the guy who built it.
I require the make/model and also the year if you have it.

Tackitt, your reply made me carry out more research on this car.
I will come back to you in full shortly but my initial search indicates that this car never competed at Le Mans and wasn't even built in France (despite the French registration). It is however based on a Panhard Dyna X86.
I have photos of all cars that competed at Le Mans and I believe it is similar to one of them (I'll post the image when I get a chance to scan it) and we can compare them.

After some more research, I can tell you no similar Panhard competed at Le Mans in 1951. Those that did compete that year were quite different to the puzzle car.
However there was a similar car at Le Mans in 1950 (see below) that perhaps the puzzle car was modeled on.

My book on Panhard Dyna history shows the puzzle car with a caption that states the car was built in another country and competed in local races there. I presume the car is now in France hence the registration. (see below)
This car was known by a separate name.

#18...strange. If you google Sauter - DKW you'll get at least two sources with two different photos, one of which is a Sauter dedicated website  ???

As for #15, probably Argentinian (guess you'd say 'same country' if it was Brasilian)?

Let me look into #18 by google as the puzzle car comes from a Far Eastern source. Maybe it was a Sauter before it arrived there?
#15 is from Argentina.......

You probably are looking for Brugger-DKW for #18? Brugger built chassis, Sauter made body, so both names are in use.

I can see what you mean - the car appears to have a Sauter body but is right-hand drive.
I don't know about the Brugger-DKW but the puzzle car is from the Far East and is named after a well-known German name with a model name 1000RS and dates from 1959.
Any more thoughts? I'll lock it for you anyway at the moment.

Melkus? Would be rather wild, as I have never seen anything like this from them... (and well, if it is the name, I would make a supposition that it could have been a mistake or a typo, no offense)
