Solved - MJW #1021 - Ford Sierra Custom Special from Ukraine

Not the sort of car I usually post but I couldn't resist posting this piece of automotive 'art'!
To gain a point tell me the base car and the country it comes from.
I don't think it has a name and I don't know who built it or when.

Yes, Delorean is correct it is based on a Ford Sierra but it's not from Russia but a neighbouring country.....

When I tried to Google 'Ford Sierra tuning' .... the 'things' I found!! My eyes hurt from it ... :D

No, seriously, I'm not into the 'tuning' business (I'll never understand it) and certainly not into these extreme things. How people could do that to a car (any car), I'll never understand ...

So, I have no idea, I just recognised the bootlid from an old Sierra ...
