For one point, tell us who built this custom wagon, and what car it is based upon.

Well, the base car is a 1967 Thunderbird.
The dash is a 67-only Thunderbird feature.
Besides, how many cars do you see with a column shifter AND a console?
My quick search says that George Barris was involved, but I'm not sure if he's the 'official' builder.
I'll need to search more.

1967 Thunderbird base is correct.  Car was worked on at Barris Customs, but is not a Barris car.

LOCKED for bubenator to find the builder

That was lots easier to figure out actually.
Dale Gould, a contemporary, associate, protege, and perhaps employee of Barris *started* building the car in the early 1970's.
It spent much of its life neglected until picked up and put back together 5 years ago or so.
I'm not sure who the current owner/resurrector is.

Further edit...
Tony Wood from the current Barris Customs (Kustoms) shop owns the car now.

And another point for The Bubenator!

I found this car listed as being by Barris.  After too much research, I discovered the full story behind it.  Interesting car.
