SEJA (Sebelliard-Jadot) BR 01 - a French Simca engined sportscar for Coupe de l'Avenir. Designed and built by Jean Claude Sebelliard for Gilles Jadot. The picture is from 1981, the car's first appearance at Montlhery that year.

Thanks! :) BTW, note how the rear bodywork has changed - not only rear wheels were hidden, but the engine cover is also different.
