Here goes nothing

No21 is from a James Bond movie showing some chasing at Cortina d'Ampezzo, where the Coppa d'Oro race is held. I think the connection is the Coppa d'Oro race, but I have yet to find the car

I like your way of thinking, so I give you the hint that you're looking in the wrong direction, but the chasing should be considered more intensely.

No22 was taken at Takoma Park, MD. Is this the basis for a connection?

Could it be that No21 and No25 are a pair?
No25 is a Ferdinand Porsche Memorial race in Salzburg (Zell-am-See) in 1955 where cars pulled skiers along (ski-joring).

I think something similar is happening in the chase sequence

No7 is an ice cream tricycle with a Zündapp engine, made by Juery and used by the Ortiz family in France (I tried to google it in German, Italian and then French - triporteurs glacies - and finally I found it).
I think Ortiz is the connection. Am I right?
