Oops, it was I who posted the reply - ''Looks very Bugatti-ish.'' - but after further research I couldn't find a similar match so I decided to remove it...

I thought it looked Bugatti-ish too with those wheels and the colour-scheme if it's any consolation!

Trust your intuition :). It's indeed a proposal for a Bugatti which was never built.
