In der gleichen Firma wurden auch einige Kunststoff-Karosserien nach Entwürfen des Designers Luigi Colani angefertigt.


~ Auto-Wax in Berlin-Charlottenburg offered plastic-bodied sports cars from 1961-62 which were based on a 10 cm shortened AR Giulietta chassis. Coupé and cabriolet were sold under the name "Wax" or Wax Alfa". Some of these started at Berlin's Avus race piloted by Herbert Schultze and Wilhelm Heckel.
Wax also built plastic bodies designed by Luigi Colani.
