I am trying to find some directions. This looks like a smart minicar which was built in the mid-1950s (judged from the racecar in the background). It's got normal doors and a top as well.
That racecar and the spare wheel suggested USA, but it is not.

Looked up my book on Australian specialist cars, this is not included.
