The car was built by Lionel Vincent Thomas and F R Smith at Bishopstone nerar Swansea just after the last war.
The front wings are at least are Healey-derived.
The front suspension is Lancia Lambda. The original engine was a Riley 1100 unit and this was later changed for an Alta and later a 3.4 Jaguar engine.

The name of the car is LVT 1

Is this the right answer?

Very good guess Facel as the cars are similar. It would have been a repost though.
I posted the LVT as MJW #004 and you can find more information there.
The puzzle car was bodied by a known but quite small UK coachbuilder....

As far as I can see it's not a re-post.
Despite the very similar appearance of the car the grille of MJW #470 is different from that of this puzzle car (but is the same as the car pictured in your posted front view):
