Only a small detail: Gilco is not a car brand. It's just the maker of the tubular frame chassis. Gilco never made one single car; but according to the period FIA regulations, cars entered races with the name of the chassis-maker. This is the only reason why sometimes some cars are called "Gilco", but under an historical point of view this is not correct.
