Sears Point, now known as Sonoma Raceway?

There's so much stuff in the North Bay area that it's pretty difficult...almost as difficult as finding coachbuilders in Europe.

The vehicle was adapted from a Renault Dauphine by inmates at the Federal Prison on Alcatraz Island, to transport the sick from the prison's hospital down to the boat dock or to the heliport. The prison closed in 1963 so the mileage on the odometer must have been pretty low.

I got stuck on Alcatraz as well mainly because of this photo of a later similar vehicle.
