Fine! For you familiar with some websites, remembering the car may have been easy, but it did'nt gave its name. All I knew was the year and country, but still I  posted it because it looked cool.
So, if you can give me some proof of its name without breaking any rules, it will be worth 2 points for you. Locked for you 48 hours.

Crikey - and I naively thought this might be a difficult puzzle..!   Is there such a thing?!
And what's more, it's a repost so I've merged it with the original.

It must have been a real performer with its 7 bhp single-cylinder engine...
