A Citroen Trefle is a 5CV vehicle, does that give pguillem something more to go on?

I hereby declare this puzzle solved. pguillem was just 5 CV too high in his guess, and I tried to make the way to the solution a little more interesting.

This early rolling home was built upon a Laffly 13 CV chassis.

Thanks Wendax !  I confused your hint “Trèfle” with trifle, this combined with my founding of a reference to a Laffly 17 CV (indeed of the 50's)
Anyway, "Bien Partout", that's the most important thing in life, isn't it ?
