Has 1982 Corvette running gear, 1946 Cadillac rear fenders and quarter panels. 

Holley fuel-injected 350 V8.

Exactly correct!  A point got you!  One other thing: Herb Grasse claims "associate design" on this one.  I haven't been able to find anything other than his statement to verify that, though.

I saw the Herb Grasse info as well.  Once you have "Chrysler City Coupe", there are lots of pictures and information available.
