This looks like a private one-off, built in the early 1950s, perhaps French.
can't find more. You may unlock.

It's Belgian, and was built by Hugo De Ridder of Haasdonk. He did so when he was 16 years old. He is 80 now and still owns the car. Hugo's father, Dolf, was a bit of a legend. He managed to beat Jaguar and their infamous XK120 speed record at Jabbeke with a highly tuned XK120 he built up himself. This car is simply called the 'De Ridder Special'.
