1939 Adler 3 litre on Diplomat base Airline Saloon by Autenrieth?

It certainly looks a lot like the Adler Diplomat by Autenrieth, previously puzzled here.  But the headlights are completely different.

(and the front bumper, and the detailing on the front fenders, and the front fender skirts are missing)

The grill damage/photoshop adjustment, could be hiding the Adler emblem)

Also, the steering wheel has switched sides...  Very strange.
