You're sure it a Kaiser? Coupe prototypes from that company that I've seen didn't look like that.

Kaiser's small coupe - later introduced as the Henry J, was conceived as a very low-cost car - kind of a postwar Model A. Six bolt wheels, hidden headlamps, large bumper castings and voluptuous fenders were not part of the design spec. The small (apparent) size of the puzzle car would also make it smaller than the Henry J, which makes the expensive bits even more unlikely.

Well, I stand corrected. SACO sent a link to a credible source, and I'm convinced he is correct.

Neat looking car, with an interesting history.
