Is it a prototype, or an actual production vehicle?
I ask this question because the bodywork has the look of a test car, or "engineering mule".

Not an Expert, but...Renault 4CV-type wheels, Kaiser-looking front end. There's only one place I know that Renault and Kaiser and even Willys go to cross-pollinate, and I think you know what I mean.
IKA prototype?

I have not enough information on the car ;
 It's a wartime prototype with demountable rims but no relation with IKA !
You are right for the front end :it's a Kaiser .
I think it's correct to assign the point to you ! ;)
