Wooppee!  My 2nd puzzle.  Since I don't know anything about this car other than the fact that it was recently photographed at a vintage sports car meet by a friend of mine, I'll award a point for verified identification (I probably won't take someone's word that it's a Henway or something similar) and another point for "in depth" info...such as builder, driver, history, etc.

Have fun.

Was this taken anywhere near Oregon?

The Oregon SCCA website says that "VFSR" is a class for Vintage Formula and Sports Racers

It says that for 2012 race No 9 is reserved for Paul Ingram

There's no 2012 results, but the results for the Rose Cup Races on 18 June 2011 at Portland Raceway list Paul Ingram running in the VSFR class in a Ladybird Mk VI race No. 9
Duncan Rollo

The more you learn, the more you realise how little you know.
