Itīs a Ralf-Stetysz from 1927, yes!
Does anyone have more information about those cars?

There are small articles about the Stetysz in the German and the Polish wikipedia, as well as some Polish websites.

The only thing I know is what Georgano sez: that the a prototype appeared at the Paris Salon in 1923. Said prototypes had been built in France, but production commenced in Warsaw. Design by Stefan Tyszkiewicz. Available with a 1.5 liter 4-cylinder and a 2.7 liter I6 that apparently was a Polish-built Continental motor. In 1928 the factory burned down and no attempt was made to rebuild it. Did they have "insurance fires" in those days?
