That looks to be a slightly different version of the design with a different rear spoil and what appears to be a different designed rear side window/inlet.

I just discovered more about this car. As the attached explains, TWR developed this car in 1995 for Aston Martin as a potential supercar, codenamed the T.ax Concept.

It was designed by Ian Callum, rather than Peter Stevens, so perhaps the subject heading can be corrected and updated (?). (now changed).
