As Wendax posted, it's called the Siata 208 CS by Bertone. The two pictures posted are the only pictures I've ever seen of this car. Pretty cool experience to see it in person in a dilapidated old garage...

Now that someone found this car in a barn, is it undergoing restoration?

Not only is going this Siata currently undergoing restoration, but it will be displayed later this year at the Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace, near London, England, from 5-7 September 2014. 

I know this as I am involved in the selection of cars due to be shown there.  I can't wait to see it with my own eyes!  Hopefully see you all there too...
