I think it is the Zwakman BMW, chassis Standard Vanguard and the motor from a BMW 326. Later he used a BMW 501 motor. The idea was from 1959. He was inspired by a Jaguar XK.
Peter Zwakman was Dutch. He become later a Jaguar specialist.

If he did he managed to get a photo in exactly the same pose and with the same characters as the picture in PJ's Reply #25 in Otto's Puzzle #306!!
