There seem to be differences, though: the first car has its rear wheels placed quite far forward; the second car has a slightly different front (grille is missing the lower strip), compared to the third car.

I found a source that mentions that this car was available in 2 different wheelbases. What's the point if the body is the same length?

The pictures from Arunas are from the 2001 IAA where this car was displayed as part of the 50 years of IAA celebration . It was discovered upside down in a junkyard in 1968.

It's a german Wendax WS-750 from 1950.
Produced, if I'm not mistaken, by Draisinenbau Dr. Alpers, designed by Adolf Alpers.
