2/3, but you hit the most important now. It's related to one other European country, but only to a lower extent...

Finally!!! I have found the photo
"Auf dem Genfer Automobilsalon im Marz, 1950 zeigte ein Schwede names Meuller das Lepoix Coupe solz herum, wahrend Holbein in Herrlingen vom öffentlichen Auftreten des Champion-Coupes selbst überrascht war"

1950. Geneva Autoshow, Lepoix coupe, based on German Champion microcar

Sorry, it was not a proper translation.

A French guy, named Lepoix, created a coupe on the basis of the Champion CH250 in 1950.  I don't speak German, but I believe this is shown in the picture. It was seen by a Swedish guy, named Meuller who brought it to Sweden later on.

Later Louis Lucien Lepoix became one of the most profiled and productive industrial-designers of the 20th century.

Here's a Champion he modified for his private use:

For a nice easy Rookie point, what is this car and from when does it date (exact full name only will earn the point!):

Google Search by Image continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.
For the sake of our newer members who may not be aware of past discussions on it, Google Search by Image as a means of solving puzzles is banned on this website.

AutoPuzzles is primarily a game of automotive knowledge, not of who can copy and paste the quickest.

We ask all members to remember and respect this, and retain the right to ask puzzle-solvers how they came to their answer.

Have fun!

It is a Champion coupé prototype, designed by Louis L. Lepoix, a french designer who had strong german connections.
Lepoix made it for ZF, who where one of the shareholder of Champion, but the other one, Herman Holbein didn't like it.
So this project never entered production, in spite of being shown both at the Amsterdam and Geneva 1950 Motorshow.

1950 Champion Ch 400 Lepoix Coupé  (Also called Ch-400 and CH400)

Nice micro-car.  Listed in some places as powered by a Triumph 2-stroke 248cc single-cylinder engine.

(Not asking for the point, unless "Ch 400" is that important)

I've given you point each because you both have the right car, but I was actually also looking for the CH-400 bit.
Apparently this was devleoped from a lawn-mower engined car made by Zahnratfabrik Friedrichshafen in 1948.

However, it was a re-posted so will be merged with the original.

After Holbein rejected the Lepoix coupe as too heavy, Helge Meuller from Gothenburg contacted Lepoix and showed the coupe on several occasions, e.g. the Geneva salon, claiming that production will start soon.
