This is a Ballot RH3. I'm not sure what year, maybe 1931? not sure about the coachbuilder, Chapron?

Earlier.

It's a Ballot RH3 indeed, not by Chapron. Locked for you.

When I Google 'Ballot RH3', this very car comes up. On various websites, it's listed as 1923, 1926 and 1929. I'll go with 1929. I have little knowledge of coachbuilders, I'll guess Weymann, just because it looks fabric covered.

Weymann-style body by Harrington.  I hope it's unlocked.
