What's this, by whom - for 1 point?

It is a sketch for the Volvo P1800, yes, but not by Exner.
Ghia were mentioned although not quite sure of their involvement.
There are two other names I'm looking for.

Actually I had misunderstood.
This is the Ghia proposal although I don't know about Exner being involved?  Perhaps he was..
Anyway, you've given me what I asked for so this puzzle is solved!

Thanks, Carnut. The sketch looks like one of Exner's, I think his sketchwork had definite 'signature'. This was a pure guess, though, based on the shape of the car and the fact that V.E. Jr did the P1800 design.

I wondered when I saw the three pictures of varying styling proposals on one of the Volvo history pages stating they were "Some of the sketches made by Ghia, Frua and Pelle Petterson" . . . I thought perhaps it had been misinterpreted that all three men did all of the proposals, rather than each of them being done by one of them. In any case Ghia appears to be the correct author of the quiz photo car, so all is well.  I didn't see a mention of Virgil Exner, but he had enough interaction with Ghia that nothing's out of the question.

Afaik the  sketch was done by Pelle Petterson (son of a Volvo engineer) while he was working at Frua.
It seems Ghia owned Frua at the time & between them they "tweaked" Pelle's design into the final product
