Well it has a tow hitch visible in the photo so is obviously designed to pull something...

This company build and sold components in a variety of industries, and sold many self-branded consumer products for decades. They had a brief foray selling automobiles. One of those vehicles is a solved puzzle elsewhere on this site.

This company later purchased another large company, and assumed that acquired company's name.
