Looks as if it's Austin 7 based, but I can't identify it for the moment.
Might be a Paul Lawrence job, but what do I know?

Is is an Austin 7 special, from 1937, with a supercharged engine. More than that I don't know. Point for you.

If anyone can conclusively identify the driver and/or constructor, anther point is on offer.

It's the Willis Special 1937 - based on an Austin Seven with a supercharged engine.
Car named after R.R. Willis and built by Bill Williams, the proprietor of Cambridge Engineering.

It's actually the same car as this (which was identified correctly by woodinsight...) so should be merged?
