Neither one. In fact I'm not absolutely sure about the coachbuilder, but this one-off is very similar to a small series of bodies built on the same chassis by the coachbuilder I presume to be responsible for this one, too.

Yes, it is an Opel 1,8 Liter Roadster, built for Fritz von Opel. Because of the similarities to the Moonshine Roadster, I guess this was built by Deutsch too. Another point for you, well done.
