It's a 1952 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe, possibly a show car (GM Motorama?), as the windscreen header rail seems to be from the convertible of that year and the roof may be a smoked plexiglass or similar.

It is a variation on a '52 Chevy. The rest needs additional work.

!952 Chevrolet "Royal Canadian" one of a series of mildly customised production cars (paint + gold plating )that GM Canada displayed at various auto shows ,guess the pic is from the GM Canada Motorama at Canada National Exhibition ?

As the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) was the location, I'll accept that as the venue. The actual name of the GM show was "Travelera"
