It's a Citroen B12 cabriolet, the photo was taken in 1925. The car was painted by Sonia Delaunay, and the models are wearing matching clothes made from the same patterned fabric.

The same photo is in the book Andre Citroen; The man and the motorcar. I remember seeing it.
